with your jewelry, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 30 days of the purchase date.

Returns

1. Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all accompanying certificates, packaging, and tags intact.
  • Custom-designed or engraved jewelry, as well as earrings (for hygiene reasons), cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Shipping:

  • No additional charges from our side.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe and secure return delivery.

3. Inspection & Refund:

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • Upon successful inspection, we will process a refund to the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs.

4. Feel-Good Returns:

We want you to love your GemFly goodies, and if it's not vibing with you, no biggie! You've got a whole 30 days to send it back if:

  • It's still in prime condition.
  • Chillin' in its original packaging.
  • You've got that golden proof of purchase.

Exchanges

  • The exchanged item must be in its original condition, with all accompanying certificates, packaging, and tags intact.

2. Exchange Process:

  • Contact our Customer Service team at fly@thegemfly.com to initiate the exchange process. Please provide your order number and details of the desired exchange.

3. Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for shipping the original item back to us, including all shipping and insurance costs.
  • We will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover all shipping and repair or replacement costs.
