While ethical measures are used for our natural Gemstones sourcing, the lab created options are available for the conscious mind.
Does Gemfly offer Reports and Appraisals
Gemfly carries3rd party Diamond or Colored Stone Report such as GIA , AGL ,UGL for certain pieces. For others, Reports or Appraisals can be requested for additional cost through customer care while placing your order. Please note these additional costs are non-refundable.
Where is Gemfly’s Jewelry manufactured?
Gemfly takes pride in encompassing the skills and culture from all over the world. So, its jewelry in manufactured in various countries such as India, Thailand , Bali, China etc.
Does GemFly have a Retail store?
Not yet, Gemfly is currently online store only.

So, you've got some bling, and it's not quite hitting the right note? No sweat! We're here to make returns as chill as a Sunday afternoon nap.
At Gemfly, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your jewelry, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 30 days of the purchase date.
Returns
1. Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all accompanying certificates, packaging, and tags intact.
- Custom-designed or engraved jewelry, as well as earrings (for hygiene reasons), cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Return Process:
- Contact our Customer Service team at fly@thegemfly.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
- You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
3. Shipping:
- No additional charges from our side.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe and secure return delivery.
4. Inspection & Refund:
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- Upon successful inspection, we will process a refund to the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs.
5. Feel-Good Returns:
We want you to love your GemFly goodies, and if it's not vibing with you, no biggie! You've got a whole 30 days to send it back if:
- It's still in primo condition.
- Chillin' in its original packaging.
- You've got that golden proof of purchase.
6. No Returns for the Unicorns:
Some items are like unicorns—extra special and can't be returned, like custom-made stuff, special sizes, and anything with your personal flair (engravings, we're looking at you).

International Shipping:

- Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.
Shipping Address:

WHY SHOULD I PROVIDE MY REAL EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER WHEN I ORDER? I DON’T WANT SPAM.
Your information stays privately with us and we wouldn’t ever want to spam you. It’s important to have a way for our customer service team to contact you about
your order so nothing surprising happens! Inaccurate credit card information is a finger’s slip away and occasionally your selection is so stellar that it’s
on backorder. We also want to make sure you get our email confirmation as a record of the order. Working with customers makes us happy; we just need a
way to keep the lines of communication open.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, our system automatically sends you a shipping confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. Click on the
tracking number and you can access to-the-minute location information.
UPS Tracking Terms:
Manifest pick-up: This means your order is ready to be shipped and waiting for UPS to pick it up from our warehouse.
Pick-up scan: This means it has left our facility and is on its way to you now.
In transit: Your order is on the move.
Out for delivery: Your item is really close, as in ‘on its way to your home this very moment.’
Exception: This unlikely scenario means that UPS has run into very bad weather and is rerouting your order.
I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, OR MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER, CAN YOU CHANGE IT?
If you receive an order confirmation email and notice a mistake with the order, please email fly@thegemfly.com. Leave us a clear and detailed message with
your name, phone number, and your order number (if available).
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE?
Final sale merchandise can’t be returned or exchanged, so purchase with care. That said, you are getting a terrific bargain—and it can always become a
gift for someone else, right?
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
GemFly wants you to love your new purchase. If however you need to return an item we are here to help.
For returns, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We accept returns and will offer a full refund on in stock items only (this does not
include made to order or custom items). Items returned after 30 days may be returned for online and store credit only. For diamond and colored stone ring
purchases over $1000, refunds are up to owner discretion and maybe subject to a 35% restocking fee.
Returned items must be in original condition and not show any signs of wear or use and accompanied by an original gift box. To request a refund or exchange,
please contact us here. Include your first and last name, item name and reason for return. Once return is received, all items will be carefully examined and
full refund or store credit will be issued within 5 days. Please note that refund/store credit will be issued for value of merchandise returned only
(shipping fees will not be credited). Store credit is valid for 5 years once issued.
All custom and made to order purchases are non-refundable. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above.

of shipment, we will email you the delivery confirmation that includes USPS delivery-tracking information. You will be kept informed of the
transportation process at every step.
How will I be reimbursed for my return?
Once your return is received and processed, we will credit your refund to your original method of payment or, if you choose in-store credit.
Credit/Debit Card: Refund is issued immediately, however it may take several days for your financial institution to credit your account. Please allow 3 business days or two billing cycles for the refund to show on your online or printed monthly statements.
In Store Credit: Credit is issued to your Gemfly account immediately and available for use within one year.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM WORK?
Yes! We love to do custom work so please do not hesitate to ask about going custom.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A CUSTOM DESIGN?
The timeline can vary depending on material availability and design complexity but on average, custom design takes about 6-8 weeks from start to finish.
If we are sourcing a very hard to find stone, it may take up to 12-14 weeks and if we are only making small changes to an existing design it
can take as little as 4 weeks.
IS MY CUSTOM DESIGN TRULY ONE OF A KIND?
In a sense, yes.
While Gemfly jewelry owns the rights to all of our designs, if your custom design is made uniquely for you and very distinct, we are not going to duplicate
it. However, for more simplified settings and motifs, we cannot guarantee that the ring will not be recreated and as a courtesy to you we will always
try to alter it slightly.
CAN I MAKE REVISIONS TO MY CUSTOM DESIGN?
After discussing the design, we will send you computer renderings of your piece. This includes 2 free revisions. After that, there is a fee for designing.
If we change the design completely after the first full design plus 2 revisions, there will be a charge plus any fees for additional design time.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE A PIECE I FOUND ON YOUR WEBSITE? WHAT ABOUT A RING I FOUND ELSEWHERE?
We will gladly customize one of our pieces to fit you and your style. We do not copy designs from other stores as it is illegal to copy another artist’s
work. We specialize in custom design and hate to see when our designs get copied so we wouldn’t want to do that to another jewelry designer. However, if
you see patterns, designs or motifs that you would like to capture in your custom design, we can design something similar to meet your expectations.
Do you do engraving on rings?
Yes, for that extra personal touch, we offer personalized engraving. It's available on most of our rings and all engraving-friendly items.
